FXC Series Reverse Pulse Jet Filter Units
Our FXC series of reverse pulse jet dust collectors are designed for use on more continuous applications where the extraction system can not be shut down during the process for filter cleaning. The electronic pulse control system introduces a "pulse" of compressed air to clean the filters at predetermined intervals allowing the dust extraction process to continue uninterrupted.

The specific design of the inlet reduces turbulence within the filter unit which minimises cartridge & media abrasion.

The compact arrangement allows for installation into smaller foot prints but allows the flexibility to combine modules together if necessary when a larger filter area  is required to suit a specific application.

Our filter technology allows a higher dust holding capacity, delivering improved cleaning while reducing the overall cost of operation through less frequent pulse cleaning, lower compressed air consumption and less frequent filter changes.

Our filter cartridges can be manufactured combining advanced substrates with a range of special medias and coatings to create cartridges suitable for any application.
